Welcome Aboard! Join Captain Trav on our 8 hour adventure that takes us to beautiful Wallace Island Marine Provincial Park! On our way to Wallace Island, enjoy the beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife that inhabit Stuart Channel. Bring something to grill and make yourself a delicious meal on our deck mounted BBQ. We can also deploy crab and/or prawn traps to soak while we continue our journey to Wallace Island Marine Park! Wallace Island Marine Provincial Park is located in Trincomali Channel between the northern ends of Saltspring and Galiano Island. With over 200 acres of area to explore, Wallace Island has many spots to enjoy your day! There are plenty of beaches, coves and offshore islets that provide an abundance of sheltered paddleboarding opportunities in this incredible park! Walking trails will take you throughout the park, which will lead you to views of the folded rock formations along it shores! The park is home to wildlife such as bald eagles, deer and mink! Keep your eyes open along the shores for harbour seals, sea lions, otters and whales! This island boasts rich history with ties to Marilyn Monroe. At one time there was a resort on the Island which was owned by Richard Conover. Richard wrote a book called "Once Upon an Island" detailing the trials and tribulations of living on the small Island during the mid 1900's with his family while running the resort.
